What’s the difference between the Solo and Team plans?
The key difference is how sharing and collaboration works. Personal Free and Solo subscribers need to individually invite each collaborator to their collections. Team collections are automatically shared with team members and there’s a separate dashboard for your team. Teams can be managed by multiple people, making it easy to make changes without sharing personal account credentials.
How are teams billed?
Teams are separate from your personal account and can be billed to a separate email and credit card. Teams are billed based on the number of members. Invoices will be prorated as you add/remove members.
Do you offer educational or non-profit discounts?
We do! For teams of 5 or more, we’re able to offer a 20% discount. Go ahead and create your team account and then contact us with your details. Don’t worry, your first 14 days are free and we’ll apply the discount before your credit card is charged.
Can I change my plan?
You can upgrade or downgrade to/from the Solo plan at anytime. Since teams are separate from your personal account, they can only be cancelled.
Is there a discount for annual subscriptions?
Solo plans can be billed annually. Select annual billing and receive a discount on the normal monthly price. Since Teams are charged by the number of members, they can only be billed monthly.
